Remarks:

Single Seat License: A single use license allows installation of FEFLOW on one computer. The license kit contains license, binaries, dongle, documentation, 3 months update guarantee and 30 days installation support.

Network License (concurrent use): This license can be used on all computers that are connected to a license server via TCP/IP network. A network license, also known as a floating seat license, is controlled by a license manager operating on an organization's network. Concurrent use licenses can be used by many users, but the number of users at any given time is limited to the number of floating licenses available.The license kit contains license, binaries, dongle, documentation, 3 months update guarantee and 30 days installation support. The software can be installed on more computers than licenses available.

Additional Network License (concurrent use): Additional network license from the same or lower license type, on the same dongle. Key code only. All network licenses on a certain dongle must have the same version. An extension of network licenses on a certain dongle under maintenance will always require an extension of the maintenance contract for all licenses on this dongle, otherwise the old contract is canceled automatically. The license kit contains 3 months update guarantee and 30 days installation support.

Update: Update to the next main release of the existing license. All network licenses which are fixed on a certain dongle must be updated at the same time. The license kit contains license, binaries, documentation and 30 days installation support.

Maintenance: 12 month hotline service, software guarantee and update service. Maintenance for network licenses can only be ordered for all registered network licenses of a certain dongle. Maintenance is only available for the current version.

Upgrade: An upgrade to a higher level of license type is possible at the cost of the price difference between the two license types. An additional network license can't be upgraded to a higher level license than that of the registered first network license on the same dongle. An upgrade is only available for the current version. An upgrade of license under maintenance requires always an upgrade of the maintenance contract, otherwise the old contract is canceled automatically.

Discount: For research purpose a discount of 20 % on the list prices can be given.

Education License: This license type can be used only for educational purposes. The model size is restricted to 2500 nodes and 5 slices for 3D. The FMHES-Kit contains 5 licenses, one CD, one documentation set and 30 days installation support. FMHEL-Kit contains 5 additional license codes only. Education Licenses are only available for universities.

SAMG-Update: Update from the former version to the current version; SAMG always requires a specific FEFLOW version. The FEFLOW update is not included.

SAMG-Maintenance: 12 month hotline and update service; requires maintenance for the FEFLOW license for the same period. Maintenance is only available for the current version.
