The USGS Washington Water Science Center is seeking to hire a
watershed scientist with strong hydrologic modeling skills.
U.S. citizenship is required.
The preferred candidate will have secondary skills in one or more
related fields, including but not limited to statistical analysis,
climatology, analysis of ground-water/surface-water interactions,
analysis of natural and anthropogenic change, fluvial geomorphology,
and hydraulics. The successful applicant will join a team of
scientists who conduct interdisciplinary studies in Washington State.
The preferred candidate will have a Master’s, Ph.D., or equivalent
experience in environmental or civil engineering, hydrology, or a
related discipline.
