Booth Size and Furnishings
All booths are 10 feet deep by 10 feet wide. Backdrop: 8-foot-high royal blue and silver drape with 3-foot-high sidewalls. Registration includes 6' skirted table and two chairs. An outlet box will be available. Exhibitor is responsible for extension cables, additional powerstrips, and serge protector.
* There is a non-smoking policy in all buildings on the campus.

Exhibit set up - Sunday, May 18, 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Dismantle - Wednesday, May 21, 4 PM - 5 PM


Freight Limitations
Access is through a 34"x 83" service door at 15th and Arapahoe Street. Elevator available. Booth materials must conform to these limitations.


Security
Convention management will provide night security from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM as a reasonable precaution to safeguard exhibitors' property when the building is open but conference activities are at remote locations.


Cancellation Policy
The exhibitor shall give notice in writing of intention to cancel or withdraw from the exhibit.  Full refund will be provided if notified by April 15; 50% refund if notified by April 30; no refund after April 30.


Fee
Application fee of $725 includes 8-foot-high royal blue and silver drape, 36" high side walls, 3'x6' table, chairs, full conference registration for one person (including luncheons), and one outlet box (available upon request by April 30). Each additional person needs pay $625, full registration fee for the conference.

Terms:
Insurance: Each exhibitor shall be responsible for providing his/her own insurance to cover all contingencies including, but not limited to, fire, theft, property damage, public and private liabilities, and workmens' compensation.

THE EXHIBITOR SHALL HOLD HARMLESS THE COLORADO SCHOOL OF MINES FROM ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS OR LIABILITIES RESULTING FROM PERSONAL INJURY AND /OR LOSS OF PROPERTY.
